Kumba Education Center helps institutions strengthen their systems, people, and performance through expert training, research, and advisory services, while also supporting the researchers and students connected to the work they do.
Institutions are at the heart of what we do. We help organisations strengthen their systems, build staff capacity, and solve practical challenges through expert-led solutions. We also extend that same expertise to researchers and to learners seeking higher education opportunities in Uganda.

Kumba was founded from a simple conviction: stronger communities and a stronger Uganda require stronger institutions.

Our vision is not to simply add another organization to Uganda's growing education and development landscape. We want to contribute to building institutions that can think critically, learn continuously and respond intelligently to the challenges around them.

We will not always have the answers.
